- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our call center by acquiring new processes and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the call center or BPO industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities to acquire new call center processes.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new processes.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the call center/BPO industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and processes.
Strong understanding of the call center industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
