International Sales Executive

As an International Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global market presence.

Your primary responsibility is to drive international sales growth by identifying and securing new

business opportunities in our target markets, United Kingdom and Ireland, nurturing client relationships,

and ensuring you meet your targets recurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients for international expansion.

2. Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets.

3. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and other methods.

4. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

6. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

7. Conduct compelling sales presentations occasionally to showcase products or services.

8. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.

9. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for international markets.

10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

11. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors/ Masters degree (preferred) in International Business/Foreign Trade,

- Proven experience (3 yrs. or more) in B2B international sales, with a successful track record.

- Strong understanding of international markets and business cultures.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Best in the Industry

Day range: Monday to Friday

Shift: UK/Ireland shift

Travel requirement: May require travel to International locations (subjected to Mngmt.)
