Minimum : 7+ years of relevant experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Job Location: Gurugram / WFO/ 6 days Working

Responsibilities:
 Assess the training needs of the organization by consulting with sales managers, monitoring sales performances, and understanding the sales process.
 Develop a training curriculum based on business needs and individual performances.
 Conduct training sessions covering a range of topics including sales techniques, product knowledge, company procedures, and soft skills such as communication and negotiation.
 Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary.
 Keep abreast of sales training best practices and industry trends.
 Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales team members.
 Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
 Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in sales.
 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
 Post-graduation will be an added plus
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office, and training software.
 Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
 Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting needs assessments, developing curriculum, delivering training, and evaluating success.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Exceptional interpersonal skills with a supportive and engaging communication style.
