We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will identify new markets, foster client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Client Engagement: Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Product Promotion: Promote the companys products/services by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Marketing Initiatives: Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Opportunity Research: Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Customer Value: Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Sales Improvement: Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Record Maintenance: Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and communicate them accordingly within the organization.
Event Attendance: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Client Proposals: Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Goal Development: Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
Team Training: Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Qualifications / Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Professional Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
Proactivity: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Time Management: Strong time management, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
Market Exposure: Critical market exposure.
