Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in eLearning and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector, focusing on companies that can benefit from our eLearning solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their training needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to drive business growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your eLearning and B2B experience.
Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our eLearning solutions to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with company goals and client needs.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on eLearning and B2B sales.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eLearning industry, including trends, technologies, and key players.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets in a B2B environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to analyse data and optimize sales strategies.
Self-motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
