Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise growth strategy aligned with our organization's goals and vision
Identify and evaluate potential franchisees, conducting thorough assessments of their qualifications and fit with our brand
Negotiate and close franchise agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine franchise offerings, including curriculum, operational systems, and support services
Oversee the onboarding and initial setup of new franchisees, ensuring smooth integration into our network
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for growth
Develop and manage the franchise sales pipeline, setting and achieving ambitious growth targets
Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees and stakeholders
Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence across the franchise network
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years specifically in franchise development
Proven track record of successfully growing franchise networks, preferably in the education sector
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
