We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Malbek CLM IT Product Owner to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and overall management of our Malbek technology solutions. As a senior leader, you will lead and manage a team as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering a seamless and efficient CLM experience as well as outcomes that matter for our people.
Key Responsibilities
The Overall CLM Technical Product Owner will-
Oversee the successful execution of CLM projects , ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the Product Manager , to understand organizational needs and drive Malbek initiatives accordingly.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CLM processes, technologies, and team performance.
Function as a point of escalation for technical issues , providing guidance and support for effective resolution.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the CLM IT team, promoting innovation and efficiency.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders , keeping all parties informed of project statuses, challenges, and successes.
Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical documentation.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables, conducting acceptance testing and validating that implemented features meet requirements.
Organize and provide regular updates on project status, soliciting feedback, and managing expectations.
Effectively utilize project management tools to establish processes to ensure a streamlined and efficient project development and delivery.
Own and maintain the technical backlog while prioritizing technical tasks to ensure a smooth product delivery.
Provide decision making surrounding technical implementation details to support a development team.
Requi Red Qualifications
What we are looking for
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role overseeing CLM implementations, integrations, configurations, and reporting.
Understanding of contracting, procurement, legal, agreement
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and successful project delivery.
Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
Practical experience in applying agile practices to improve team collaboration, communication, and delivery.
Experience in successfully implementing and scaling agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in large and complex projects.
In-depth understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies, with a strong ability to tailor them to the specific needs of the development team.
Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors, particularly Malbek.
Desired Qualifications
Relevant certifications in CLM, project management, or leadership.
Innovative, agile, and high-performing teaming mindset, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Technology Trends Awareness by staying abreast of technology thought leadership, including the latest advances, trends, and frameworks.
Familiarity with relevant compliance and security standards in relation to CLM technology.
Initiative-taking mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, assess risks, and implement initiative-taking measures.
Experience in managing change and guiding teams through transitions in technology and processes.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work with SAAS providers
