    Location: Pan India Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint within the GCC and GIC markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and staffing sales, with a deep understanding of the Global Capability Centers GCC/GIC client landscape. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Global Capability Centers GCC/GIC markets, developing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including market analysis, prospecting, and pipeline management. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing our services and value propositions. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successful closures. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the Global Capability Centers GCC/GIC regions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met, and high-quality candidates are delivered. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment and staffing industry, specifically targeting Global Capability Centers -GCC/GIC clients. Strong understanding of the GCC/GIC markets, including cultural and business practices. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
