Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at White Horse Insurance Broker Private Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of general insurance products in the Pathankot region of Punjab, India. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
 Knowledge of general insurance products and market trends
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
 Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
 Self-motivated and target-oriented
 Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Roles And Responsibilities
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general insurance sector
 Build and maintain strong relationships with agents & clients and key stakeholders
 Provide excellent agents & customer service and address client queries and concerns
 Lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
 Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
