- Role Overview
As a Senior Manager of Business Development at MakroCare, you will leverage your expertise in Business Development, Strategy, and Services within the Life Sciences, CRO, and Biotech industries. This role is integral in driving our consulting and specialized services, including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Services, Quality, Post-marketing, Labeling, and more, with a focus on the Medical Devices and Diagnostics sectors in Europe and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and shape the strategic positioning of MakroCares consulting and specialized services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of Medical Device and Diagnostics companies in target regions.
Develop and execute robust business development strategies to achieve sales targets and profit growth. This includes cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, particularly in Europe and the USA.
Deliver impactful solution presentations to reactivated and designated target accounts, showcasing the value of our services and solutions.
Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to drive lead generation and effectively position our services/products within the client base. Provide training and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills across various project areas.
Enhance the visibility of MakroCares services through thought leadership initiatives, such as authoring white papers, conducting webinars, and hosting workshops.
Take full ownership of assigned goals and targets, ensuring their successful achievement through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences with an MBA/PGDM certification.
Extensive (7+ Years) experience and proven success in regulatory projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on international projects.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex relationships clearly. A collaborative work style with the capability to assert when necessary.
Ability to undertake business travel (local/international) up to 25%.
