- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Branch Manager. The Sales Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations and increasing sales. The Sales Branch Manager will create sales strategies and train and motivate the sales team to meet targets. The Branch Sales Manager will coordinate with other departments such as marketing, underwriting and claims to provide better customer service.
Maximum 35 years of age
Should have experience in any insurance firm for at least 3 years and not more than 5 years
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insurance industry
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
