Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients across various loan products.
Expertise Utilization: Leverage in-depth knowledge of personal loans, business loans, housing loans, and other loan products to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring the team consistently meets its goals.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the loan sector.
