    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the enterprise sales of our HRMS solutions for West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales for West Region, an understanding of the HR technology landscape, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the enterprise sector. Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their HRMS needs and present tailored solutions. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and closing of deals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our HRMS solutions. Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Qualifications: 6-8 years of sales experience in HRMS or related HR technology solutions, with a focus on enterprise sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. In-depth understanding of HRMS solutions, HR processes, and industry best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
