Role Description: Position Title: Business Development Manager Corporate Sales Department: Business Development Reports To: Lead Corporate Sales Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager at One Health Assist in Mumbai. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients in various industries, focusing on companies that can benefit from health and mental wellness programs. Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their wellness challenges and objectives. Present customized solutions that address their specific needs. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute plans for lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, wellness solutions, and company offerings. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from proposal to contract negotiation and closing. Ensure all client agreements are executed accurately and promptly. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from clients to the internal team to help refine and improve our wellness programs and services. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and campaigns. Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications: Education: MBA or PG equivalent. Experience: Proven experience (including internship) in field sales, preferably in the corporate wellness, health, or related sectors. Experience in B2B sales and client management will be an added advantage. However experience will not be a challenge for dynamic and deserving candidates Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the benefits of wellness programs for corporate clients. Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond as required.,
