Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai office. This role is pivotal in resolving customer grievances, managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Experience required: 0-1 year

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues with professionalism and empathy.

2. Issue Resolution:

Investigate and analyze grievances to identify root causes.
Collaborate with production, printing, and logistics teams for efficient resolution.

3. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize errors.

4. Communication:

Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding their concerns.
Relay important information to internal teams to expedite resolutions.

5. Process Improvement:

Identify trends and propose process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop comprehensive customer service policies and procedures.

6. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track performance metrics.

7. Customer Education:

Develop resources to educate customers on best practices for product/service usage.

8. Feedback Collection:

Collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify improvement areas.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on customer input.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer experience.
