Job Title: Team Lead Inside Sales
Shift Time: 6:00 pm -03:00 AM / 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST and willingness to work from the office and stretch when business required.
Job Description:
This is a team role for the Inside Sales Team within Shared Services which supports Sales, Marketing, and Inbound Sales processes for the Norwell Team based out of Pune GCC (Global Capability Center).
You will be responsible for assisting the team in all aspects of team management and operations. To be a successful teamlead the incumbent must have the following skills.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication, organizational, leadership, Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills
2. Minimum 5 years overall experience
3. Proficiency with any of the ERP applications: Peoplesoft; Oracle; SAP, etc. would be added advantage.
4. Working knowledge of CRM Applications: Preferably Sales Force
5. Highly Proficient in using applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
6. Attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality.
Academic Background: Any Graduation | Post Graduation
Good to Have: Certification / Knowledge of Six Sigma,
