Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to manage our social media presence, brand communications, community engagement, and general marketing operations. The ideal candidate will understand our product, blogs, and the market of WordPress plugins. Familiarity with WordPress is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Understanding:
 Develop a deep understanding of our products
 Stay updated with our product features, updates, and the overall market of WordPress plugins & themes

Content Repurposing:
 Repurpose content across different platforms, including transforming blog posts into YouTube videos.
 Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Communication:
 Communicate product updates across all social media channels, email newsletters, and community forums.
 Engage with our audience on social media platforms to build a strong community and foster brand loyalty.

Email Marketing:
 Write compelling email newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.
 Manage email marketing campaigns and analyze their performance.

General Marketing Operations:
 Post content on our blog and ensure it is updated regularly.
 Manage content updates and ensure the blog is optimized for SEO.
 Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Strategic Planning:
 Create, plan, and execute social media and community management strategies.
 Understand the psychology of social media and how the human mind interacts with it to create impactful campaigns.

Qualifications:
 Strong understanding of WordPress and the market of WordPress plugins.
 Experience in social media management, brand communications, and community engagement.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to repurpose content across various platforms effectively.
 Proficiency in email marketing and general marketing operations.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
 Understanding of human psychology and social media dynamics.
