    Title: Senior Sales Manager (Global Capability Center) Responsibilities: Drive innovation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) through strategic sales initiatives Experience in B2B enterprise application sales, focusing on expanding client partnerships Manage and grow client relationships with midsize centers/companies in India Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth Strong knowledge of the IT industry and GCC operations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to travel as needed If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales growth and innovation, we want to hear from you.
