Assistant Sales Manager

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. You will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.

Responsibilities:
 Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
 Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
 Manage and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
 Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to track progress towards goals.
 Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and productivity.
 Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:
 Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and business opportunities.
 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
