Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the Enterprise VAS business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential sales opportunities from reseller markets, large enterprises, and SME accounts to accelerate business volume.
Generate sales leads through various sources including accounts mapping, cold calling, and prospecting to build a corporate database.
Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Responsible for achieving critical business goals such as New Account Penetration, Gross Revenue, Collections, Cost, and EBITDA for the given product line.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
Analyze business trends and performance, and prepare periodic sales reports.
Responsible for proposals and presentations, demonstrations, techno-commercial negotiations, and order closing.
Handle commercial and technical clarifications, follow-ups, objection handling to ensure order closure.
Evaluate and document prospect requirements, coordinate with the technical team, and propose the right solutions/services to clients effectively.
Develop new business opportunities.
Forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue.
Identify improvements or new requirements by staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and offerings.
Desired Skills & Experience:
MBA in Marketing preferred, along with a graduation from a reputed university/institute.
Corporate sales experience, preferably in Telecom VAS.
Experience in selling to corporates.
Ability to articulate USPs of service compared to competitive offerings with deep coaching and counselling experience.
Ability to penetrate new corporate accounts and territories.
Thorough understanding of Enterprise VAS business IVR/OBD, SMS, SMPP, OTP, E-mail, Number Masking, Virtual Number, Missed Call Platform.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, negotiation skills, and client relationship management are a must.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Analytical and data-driven problem solver.
Must have strong, good working relationships with decision-makers (GMs/DGMs) in Enterprise/PSU/Govt. Accounts in respective regions.
Expected to be knowledgeable about various initiatives/trends in the use of A2P Messaging and Digital Communication in Enterprise Accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
