Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive at ElderFLY Healthtech. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This role will be based in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Education: 10+2
Minimum 2-3 years of full-time corporate work experience in customer support domain.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support skills
Customer Service and Technical Support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with customers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in healthcare or eldercare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred,
