    Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Executive at Ingex Botanicals. Job location is Nelamangala, Bangalore. We're looking for a proactive International B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth in health supplement bulk ingredients globally. In this role, you'll focus on cultivating new opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the health and wellness sector. Your mission is to expand our market presence by promoting our specialized ingredient portfolio tailored for health supplements. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through strategic market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and increase international market share. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product development, manufacturing, Quality and logistics to ensure seamless client experiences. Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close agreements. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and manage risks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales and account management. Familiarity with the botanical /natural ingredients for health and wellness industry is advantageous. Experience in B2B sales within Pharma, Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, or Food Ingredients sectors preferred. Proficiency in CRM software , salesforce. Proven track record in new business development and lead generation. Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills. Passionate about B2B sales of natural products for health supplements. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated success in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Interested candidate can apply for the same.
