- Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the entire real estate process. You will be expected to use your experience and knowledge of the local market to close deals efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support throughout the real estate transaction process.
Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale or rent. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget. Offer guidance and advice based on market conditions and property values.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants. Highlight key features and benefits of the properties.
Negotiation: Negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about the latest trends, prices, and competition in the real estate market.
Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of all necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Networking: Actively network with potential clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to expand your client base and increase business opportunities.
Follow-Up: Provide regular follow-ups and updates to clients, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate salesperson or in a related sales role.
Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Lucknow, including property values, neighborhoods, and market trends.
Customer Service: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology tools.
Licenses: A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations) and a valid drivers license.
