Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager at IPCS Global in Navi Mumbai. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, communication, and lead generation on a day-to-day basis.

Communication and Lead Generation skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in sales or business development
Knowledge of franchise industry trends and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
