3-5 years of experience in real estate valuations and consulting Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance/ CA/ M.Plan/ B.Arch/ MRICS Experience in real estate valuation in IPCs shall be preferred
The roles and responsibilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of all valuation techniques and how they apply to various property types, including office, retail, residential, warehouse, and hotels, among others.
Well versed with usage of real estate valuation tools and models
Doing real estate market analysis for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and warehouse asset class
Doing research for publications and gathering data particular to the industry.
Assist team members with creating presentations for pitches on valuation services, proposals, time, and fee estimates, etc.
Excellent report writing and communications skills. Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills
Responding to all inquiries from clients and/or auditors regarding the valuation of the subject property/assets
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in real estate valuations and consulting
