    Department: Sales Designation: Sales Coordinator Location: Worli, Mumbai. Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator for Capex and Lighting will support the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities related to capital expenditure projects and lighting solutions. This role involves liaising with clients, handling sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies for capital expenditure projects and lighting solutions. Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and quotations. Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates. Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding capex and lighting projects. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and internal teams. Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure successful project execution. Track project progress and provide status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status. Generate sales reports and performance metrics for analysis and decision-making. Utilize CRM software to manage client data and track sales activities. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Support the development of marketing materials and sales presentations tailored to capex and lighting solutions. Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the capital expenditure or lighting industry. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with capital expenditure projects and/or lighting systems.
