We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Care Center Coordinator. This role focuses on handling loan-related customer inquiries and providing exceptional service in the Banking/Financial Services/Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in international voice processes and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
Customer Interaction: Handle loan-related customer inquiries over the loan servicing toll-free telephone number for pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts.
Resolution Offering: Offer long-term resolutions to customers to resolve delinquency issues.
Autodialing System: Proficiently use an autodialing system to maximize effectiveness and increase contact ratios.
Daily Contact Targets: Make the prescribed number of contacts during the daily work schedule.
Customer Relations: Familiarize with customer relations functions and the services offered.
Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the department manager.
Must-Haves:
International Voice Process Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice processes.
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Fluent English: Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Education: Graduate degree preferred. Undergraduates must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
Mortgage Loan Servicing: Overall knowledge and experience in mortgage loan servicing is desirable but not required.
