- Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the management and optimization of our customer relationship management systems. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and provide actionable insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM system setup and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the setup and continuous optimization of CRM processes, leading to improved workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
Implement and maintain rigorous data sanitization protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Design and execute CRM strategies tailored to customer base, focusing on increasing customer retention, driving product adoption, and reducing churn.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify key segments and optimize customer journeys, from onboarding to renewal.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify CRM requirements, streamline processes, and meet organizational goals.
Lead efforts to integrate the CRM system with other tools, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.
Plan, execute, and monitor personalized and automated campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Coordinate with product teams to effectively communicate new features, updates, and upsell opportunities to different customer segments.
Track and report on key CRM metrics, including customer retention rates, NPS scores, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
Provide training and support to ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest CRM tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in CRM management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proven experience with LeadSquare
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Proven ability to reduce churn and increase customer engagement in a SaaS setting.
Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.,
