Job Responsibilities:
Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
Optimising content for publication across various social media sites.
Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
Create gripping content, analyse public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking.
Monitoring users engagement with and feedback on every post.
Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
Plan all the SEO, web, social media, email, and display marketing campaigns for the marketing team.
Allocate specific budgets to each marketing role and divide the marketing campaigns over a period and among the marketing team
Collection and interpretation of data from various marketing campaigns and analysis of that data
Identification of trends and communication of these trend insights to the respective groups
Planning, executing, and measuring the conversion rates from digital marketing campaigns
Identifying crucial customer conversion points and drop off points that maximises user funnels
Being up to date with emerging technologies and use of them to maximise output
Periodic measurement of digital marketing campaign performance and evaluation of the performance against goals and other key performance indicators
Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
Creating, proofreading, and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
Witty and strategic social media executive to oversee our companys presence on a multitude of public platforms.
Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
Should be able to strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers interest.
Be knowledgeable about the best posting times for each social media platform
Flexible and engaging writing style.
Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
