Territory Management: Planning and organizing sales territories effectively to ensure maximum coverage and penetration in the market.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned area.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and preparing regular sales reports for management review.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
Budget Management: Developing and managing the sales budget for the assigned area, including expenses, promotional activities, and incentives for the sales team.
Performance Evaluation: Monitoring the performance of the sales team against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
