Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers.
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
Contributing to the design and development of new product features and document them.
Ensuring that engineering processes are followed.
Maintaining product quality.
Requirements
Min 6 years of experience working in Java 11 and above, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Security.
Understanding of microservice architecture, clean architecture, etc.
Sound knowledge in database technologies PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
Experience in Agile Development/Project Management, DevOps CI/CD process is a big plus.
Have experience managing the security of a critical application and mitigating them.
Good knowledge of data structure and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Working experience in Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.
Good knowledge testing frameworks such as Junit, and Spock.
Good knowledge of Docker, GIT, Jenkins, etc.
Knowledge of Airflow is a plus.
Data transfer tools such as Axway CFT, and MS SharePoint.
Needed to be familiar with Linux commands.
Good communication skills.
Good to have knowledge of AWS /Azure services etc.
