- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, including forecasting, budgeting, analysing profitability and managing conversion
Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings and create a convincing value proposition for potential clients based on their business needs
Build sales strategy for domestic and international markets including but not limited to outbound and cold reach outs, inbound lead generation and referrals.
Manage and motivate a team of business development professionals to grow revenues and sell across the entire service offerings.
Liaison with marketing team for creating communication for sales/BD requirements.
Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) in consultation with legal and finance team for new accounts.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
Ideal Candidate :
Must have worked in a digital marketing agency (Preferred)
Has direct sales experience in internet marketing, IT or web development
Has managed a sales team of 2 or more people and used them for lead generation, fixing meetings, making a presentation
Working knowledge of website development, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Social media marketing.
Excellent presentation, closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Detail-oriented and persuasive.
Qualification / Experience :
Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum 8 years experience in sales/BD
Sales experience in digital marketing/ SAAS company will be preferred.
