Role Description

Milap Cosmetics is seeking a full-time Area Sales Executive to join our team. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales and achieving sales targets in the designated area. The role is hybrid, implying that the role is located in Lucknow but some work from home is acceptable. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and exploring potential sales opportunities, and providing timely reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications
 Proven sales experience
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
 Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
 Effective time-management and organizational skills
 Self-motivated and goal-oriented
 Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
 Bachelor's degree
 Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred but not required
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
