Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Senior Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new clients and business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
 Minimum of 1-4years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or marketing
 Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 Ability to understand. client needs, develop customized solutions, and build long-term relationships
 Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the design or creative industry
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
 Excellent time-management and organizational skills
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,
