Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Virtual Relationship Manager (Telesales). The role involves building a strong and lasting relationship with clients over the phone by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and meeting their expectations. The Virtual Relationship Manager should have persuasive communication skills, be able to handle objections, and have the ability to work independently to meet targets and goals efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities 1. Cultivate and. maintain relationships with clients, effectively understanding and addressing their financial needs. 2. Actively promote and sell a diverse range of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options. 3. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with potential customers and fostering loyalty among existing clients. 4. Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to banking products. 5. Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and changes in banking regulations to provide informed advice to clients. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless processing of customer transactions and enhance overall service delivery. 7. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting new customers. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the financial services industry or B2B sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and telephony systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who is motivated to achieve targets and goals independently Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Salary: The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 - 18,000 depending on experience and performance.
