Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at R.R. Engineers in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and effective communication strategies on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
 Identify the target audience and grow our email list.
 Design and implement an overall email marketing strategy and messaging.
 Create, design, and optimize various email lists, templates, and campaigns.
 Test every campaigns success and determine email marketing KPIs.
 Create email databases for lead generation.
 Write newsletters including all company updates.
 Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
 Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, advanced features, and ensure mobile-friendly

email templates.
 Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients to increase email subscriptions and minimize

un-subscriptions.
 Analyse data, campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
 Create report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
 Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
 Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
 Web Analytics and Online Marketing experience
 Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 Certifications in Google Analytics or AdWords is a plus
 Email Marketing, Campaign Marketing & Marketing Automation
 Communication Skills

Compensation- 3-4 LPA + Incentive
