The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in educational sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for educational institutes, specifically targeting universities and boards. Identify and engage with key decision-makers in universities and boards to establish productive relationships. Lead the sales team in creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor products and services to meet the evolving needs of the education sector. Analyze. market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities and potential risks. Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals through effective sales strategies. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior leadership. Stay abreast of industry developments, educational policies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Knowledge on Tender processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in business development and sales within the education sector, with a focus on universities and boards. Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the educational landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events,
