Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer needs to improve support processes. The Customer Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to customers.
Required Skills and Qualification :
Full time Bachelor's degree.
Customer Support and Technical Support skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Dedication to Customer Satisfaction and ability to. resolve issues quickly and effectively
Analytical Skills to identify and understand customer needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working in a customer support role
