We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on daily basis
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
Prospecting and Opportunity Generation: Identify potential clients and actively generate opportunities of your defined/undefined area and clients to expand the client base and enhance sales opportunities
Target Analysis: Analyze the sales targets assigned, understanding the breakdown by product category, customer segment and area
Client Engagement: Engage with each client to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences, tailoring your sales approach accordingly
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate on pricing conversation as per updated on app, terms, and services to secure deals while maintaining a balance between meeting revenue targets and providing value to clients
Up-selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients and cross-sell complementary offerings to maximize sales revenue
Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor and evaluate your sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed
Sales Reports: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including client interactions, deals closed, and sales-related data. Regularly update management on your progress
Market Insights: Gather insights from client interactions and market trends, providing feedback to refine sales strategies and align with changing customer needs
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process

Requirements
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving sales target
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
Minimum HSC Passed or Above Education Required,
