- SAP and Salesforce Inside sales Executive - Middle East Region
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls, social media, email campaigns and webinar campaigns to generate leads and build pipeline.
Run campaigns, send custom email, and messages.
Gather comprehensive knowledge of products & services offerings.
Build Client Relationships.
Meet Target Revenues for selling SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM Implementation and Support Services.
Updating & maintaining data in CRM.
Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Provide timely and. accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development of Salesforce Solutions and Services
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Strong Prospecting and Presentation Skills.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Competency in English.
Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills,
