Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, paid advertising)
 Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to optimize marketing strategies
 Manage and optimize company social media accounts and content calendar
 Create engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies

Requirements:
 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
 Proven track record of success in driving brand awareness and lead generation through digital marketing campaigns
 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
 Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
 Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
 Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:
 Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
 Knowledge of HTML and CSS
 Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint)
