Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify high potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through discovery calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead quality and conversion.
Maintain active communication with leads by following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel to qualify them as sales opportunities.
Update CRM system with all relevant prospect interaction details and ensure data accuracy.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques (cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
