Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Channel Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our channel partner program to drive new business revenue. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has a proven track record in managing successful channel partner programs. The Channel Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify, sign and onboard new partners, while managing the existing channel partner relationships. They will also drive. partner enablement and manage partner incentives and commissions program.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
 Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Channel Sales Management only from Real Estate industry.
 Proven track record in managing and growing channel partner programs to drive new revenue and building long-term relationships with partners.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively present information to individuals and groups.
 Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
 Ability to travel for partner meetings and Projects as required,
