Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and conducting market research. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with. internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal business performance.

Qualifications
 Sales and Business Development skills
 Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
 Market research and analysis skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strategic thinking and planning skills
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
 Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
