We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to join our team with experience of 2-3 years in B2B Sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to potential clients via email, phone and personal meetings, wed love to meet you. Your contributions will directly impact our companys success and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Data Sourcing:
Gather relevant data on potential clients and market trends.
Conduct thorough market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through:
Cold calling
Networking
Social media channels
Sales Meetings and Client Interaction:
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes, concerns, and requirements.
Listen actively and tailor presentations to address client needs.
Sales Proposals and Presentations:
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions.
Sales Conversion and Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Handle any objections or complaints effectively.
Stock Availability and Demonstrations:
Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with relevant teams to meet client demands.
Participation in Exhibitions and Conferences:
Represent the company at industry events.
Engage with potential clients and promote our offerings.
Reporting and Feedback:
Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner with a passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
Graduate degree or equivalent.
