Senior Solution Architect Automation Testing QA

As a Senior Solution Architect - Automation Testing QA, you will be a part of QA Practice SWAT team to build and consult on Automation Solutions for various Healthcare clients.

Responsibilities
 Consult with client, understand the QA ecosystem, and define automation charter and frameworks
 Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks
 Enable the automation teams to design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, automate API testing based on project needs, and integrate the automation suite in the CI Pipeline
 Proactively learn healthcare standards, workflows, and technologies
 Interact with client on a daily basis to understand requirements and testing

Educational Qualifications
 Engineering Degree  BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
 Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable

Mandatory Technical Skills
 Should handle client and team with respect to deliverables of the automation project
 Should. guide the team to resolve technical challenges faced in the project
 Should be able to identify areas across the projects where automation can be introduced
 Should be able to multitask (e.g. work on POCs, tool evaluations, proposals etc.)
 Should be abreast with new trends in testing and work towards adding value to the ongoing deliverables
 Should be an expert in building automation frameworks from scratch such as BDD, TDD
 Must be able to assess, identify gaps, and provide recommendations on automation solutions and QA processes
 Should have expertise in API Automation using any one of the API automation tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, and Ready API
 Must have experience in integrating automation frameworks in the CI pipeline
 Should be aware of containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), and implement the same in at least one project
 Should have expertise in automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, UFT, Eggplant, Katalon
 8+ Years hands-on experience in automation testing
 Must have good knowledge of Core Java, C#, Python, JavaScript
 Should be aware of the automation testing lifecycle
 Must be flexible to design and build frameworks for Web/Desktop/Angular/Mobile based applications
 Should be able to design test cases based on requirements in case of absence of Manual QAs on the project
 Must have good communication skills
 Should be able to understand the application architecture (Frontend/Middle tier/Backend)

Good to have skills:
 Strong knowledge of mobile automation concepts and implementation will be an added advantage
 Proficiency in desktop application automation tools such as Squish is preferred
 Excellent knowledge of various Cloud automation tools and configurations will be preferred
 Expertise in database testing/ETL testing concepts or automation of database applications will be a plus
 Good knowledge of US healthcare domain will be a bonus,
