Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, identifying and pursuing potential target markets, and managing relationships with key customers.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
 Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing management in electrical field ( Projects)
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
 Excellent communication and interpersonal. skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
 Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
 Highly organized with excellent project management skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation software
 Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms,
