Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at AIMS Taking Care, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing sales, developing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and generating or following up with leads. The Sales Marketing Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with the product management team to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry, and providing feedback on. customer requirements to help shape the development of new products.

Qualifications
 Sales and Marketing skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
 Proven track record of generating or following up on leads
 Ability to work collaboratively with product management teams
 Experience in the medical/surgical equipment industry is preferred, but not required
 Experience in meeting sales targets is preferred, but not required
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
