    Business Decision Modeller Using decision modelling and elicitation techniques, you evaluate the decision-making approach of an organization to develop a rigorous, formal model of their decision-making. You will bring together various types of decision making including advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, business rules and human judgment in a unified decision model. Your decision models will be used to increase visibility in decision-making, improve business outcomes and support decision automation. You will work with some of the largest companies, helping them to understand and automate decision-making for various types of business problems. Your focus will be on directly improving business outcomes. You will be trained in Decision Management Solutions Decisions First methodology, an approach to decision modelling using the Decision Model and Notation (DMN) modelling standard. You will be expected to further the development of this methodology and associated training. materials. A Business Decision Modeller typically plays a crucial role in analysing and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities may include: 1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for decision-making processes. 2. Decision Modelling: Creating models to represent and analyse decision logic, often using tools like decision tables or decision trees. 3. Data Analysis: Examining relevant data to support decision-making models and identifying patterns or trends. 4. Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through effective decision modelling and analysis. 5. Documentation: Documenting decision models, requirements, and analysis findings for clear communication across teams. 6. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure the integration of decision models into systems and processes. 7. Continuous Improvement: Evaluating and refining decision models based on feedback and changing business needs. 8. Communication: to end-users or stakeholders on understanding and implementing decision models. 9. Risk Assessment: Assessing potential risks associated with decision models and proposing mitigation strategies. 10. Continuous improvement: Keeping abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to decision modelling and business analysis. Requirements: Qualifications in Management Information Systems/Computer Science Experience as a Business Process Modeler or similar role Proficiency in using business object and process modelling tools (e.g. BPM tools, UML and Entity Relationship Diagrams). An understanding of business process modelling notations, particularly BPMN An interest in, and or understanding of, project management techniques Availability to work flexible hours to cater for different time zones Time management and organisational skills Good communicator with subject matter experts, business management, and project leads Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Commercial awareness Confidence working with complex data and systems An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems Banking experience - banking products, credit risk or credit risk origination experience is a plus,
