Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also analyze data and market trends to develop new sales plans and cultivate new leads.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or. similar role
Knowledge of market research and sales analysis
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus,
